Non-members and members can enjoy free shipping.

We reserve our right to charge shipping costs when deemed necessary in future without any notice at our sole discretion. Related shipping costs will be charged according to the delivery places, the details of delivery fees and product fees will be listed out in detail before check-out.

When would the products be shipped out?

Products will be shipped out on the next 3 to 5 business days after payment received, Hong Kong customers will usually receive their item within 5 to 8 business days. For Macau customers, your parcel will usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days. For Chinese Mainland customers, your parcel will usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

What to do if I want to add in more products after checkout?

You may start a new order from our online store if you have not completed payment for the current order.

What to do if I want to change my shipping address?

The purchased products shall be accepted by the customer entirely at the Customer’s own risk.

You are considered the importer of record when ordering from Femme Gallant Online Store. In the country that items in which you are receiving, you must comply with all the laws and requirements. Returns and Refund

Unless otherwise specified, we do not accept refund for the products, but we are happy to provide exchange if the products are faulty, defective or damaged (with no fault on your part). Please read the returns and refund below carefully before you place an order.

If your order arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to replace the damaged/defective items in your order under the 3 Days Returns Policy. We are to address this problem immediately. Please email to shipping@femmegallant.com right away, and include the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • The details of the damaged/defective product received.
  • Attach electronic images of damaged/defective products upon receipt.

We will respond to your message as quickly as we can. In the meantime, please DO NOT throw away your damaged/defective items or send them back without our approval.

We will ask you to send the damaged/defective items back to us after exchange request is approved. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

The returns products are excluded as below:

  • Any product returned more than 3 days after receipt date
  • Opened, damaged, used, incompleted (except after spoilage discovered/ broken package)
  • No longer in its original saleable condition
  • Any non-refundable discounted products, clearance products or sale products
  • Any free gifts/ samples/ trial packs
  • Products without official receipt
  • Any products that are not from Femme Gallant Online Store

Our products are all foreign agent brands, and their brand packaging specifications are changed quite often. We will do our best to ensure that the website information is consistent with the product. If the product packaging specifications are different from the actual ones, the actual product shall prevail.

Should the items be satisfied all above conditions, please contact us and we will follow up and process your requirement immediately.

Femme Gallant Online Store will process your returns within 10 working days after receiving the returned parcel. You are responsible to take good care of the items before you return them to us.

In case of dispute, Femme Gallant Online Store decision shall be final and conclusive. Final sale items are identified as such on their product information pages. When you receive your order, please check to make sure they are in good condition (i.e. not damaged or defective) and contact us right away if there is a problem with your shipment.
